NORTHLIGHT GROUP PTY LTD runs the main Northlight Group website. This notice covers its home, Privacy and Terms pages. A separately branded tool or page hosted on this domain may have its own privacy notice.

Information we receive

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. These pages have no contact form, account sign-in or payment checkout.

Cloudflare serves the website and processes technical request information, which may include your IP address, browser details and the pages requested. Cloudflare also adds a Web Analytics script that measures page views and loading performance without placing analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use enquiry emails to reply, discuss possible work and keep a record of the conversation. Technical request information helps deliver, maintain and protect the website, and Web Analytics helps us understand how its pages perform. We may also keep or disclose information where the law requires it.

Service providers and other sites

Our hosting and email providers process information to provide those services. Cloudflare may process website requests outside Australia. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy. If you follow a link to another website, its own privacy practices apply.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, any ongoing work and reasonable business or legal record keeping. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to any records we need to retain by law.

Access, correction and concerns

Email hello@thenorthlight.co if you want to access or correct information you have given us, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. Tell us enough to identify your message and we will respond. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where its complaint process applies.
